Less than a week after the dominant victory over Jorge masvidal No. UFC 272, Colby covington remains keen on provocations. After ensuring that his ex-best friend was a 'turned page' in his life, 'Chaos' went back and decided to provoke his former training partner in American Top Team (ATT). Famous for the power of his strikes and his knockouts throughout his career, Masvidal produced little. After 25 minutes of confrontation, the athlete was defeated by unanimous decision from the judges.

As a result, Colby won the confrontation between former best friends. In addition to losing to his former training partner, Jorge suffered his third consecutive setback in the company.
