With this, Moisés returns to winning in the organization, after two series of defeats. Professional since 2012, the Brazilian has a record of 16 triumphs and six setbacks in his career.
Giagos now starts taking risks in Ultimate. The North American, who alternates between victories and defeats, has a record of 19 positive results and ten negative results in MMA.
The fight
With a precise movement, Moisés didn't care about the exchange and went for the takedowns. In dominance and close to the fence, the Brazilian got to Giagos' back and went for the rear naked choke.
He used his arm, applied pressure with a chokehold on the mouth and saw his opponent give the 'three slaps' in the octagon. In a post-fight interview, Thiago celebrated the outcome, thanked his coaches and asked for a fight with Joe Solecki.
Josh Parisian achieves comeback and overcomes Alan Baudot in 'giant fight'
The only valid fight in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg.) was marked by the turnaround of Josh Parisian. After struggling in the first round, the North American sees Alan Baudot gets tired and achieves a technical knockout after imposing an aggressive rhythm in the grappling fight.
Parisian, therefore, breathes in the heavyweights. He has 15 triumphs and five setbacks. Baudot continues without winning in the company and should be fired, with eight positive results, four negative results and one draw.
