For the second time in history, Ultimate arrives, this Saturday (2), in the City of Light for the UFC Paris. With 11 fights scheduled, the event is headlined by a duel between heavyweights (up to 120,2kg) Cyryl Gane e Sergey Spivak and has the presence of two Brazilians.
Coming from defeat in his second attempt to win the linear heavyweight belt, Cyryl Gane takes action in his hometown to prove his place among the category's elite. In his path will be the Moldovan Sergey Spivak, which occupies seventh place in the ranking and is looking for its fourth consecutive victory.
In the co-main fight, the former strawweight champion (up to 52,1kg) Rose namajunas debut in flyweight (up to 56,7kg) against the home athlete and second in the ranking Manon Fiorot, in a duel that could qualify the winner for a title fight.
Brazil on the card
The 'Brazilian Squadron' has two representatives in the UFC Paris. On the main card of the event, lightweight (up to 70,3kg) Thiago Moses measure strength with the French Benoit Saint-Denis. In the preliminary card, Kleydson Rodrigues faces the undefeated Farid Basharat in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2kg).
