VIDEO: Referee ignores alleged low blow and controversially interrupts fight at UFC Paris

Responsible for conducting the second fight on the main card of the UFC Paris, held this Saturday (2), Loic Pora had a decisive performance in the victory of William Gomis. In the third round, when Yanis Ghemmouri accused a low blow, the referee ignored the victim's stoppage and chose to end the fight immediately. The decision provoked boos from the audience, who did not applaud the outcome that favored the French representative.

In the images (see below), it is possible to follow Gomis' action in front of Ghemmouri. Upon receiving the kick, Yanis immediately stops his actions and, realizing the athlete's position, the referee ends the fight.

The official announcement of the confrontation was marked by boos. Victorious, William was moved by the fans' commotion. The result, however, extended the Frenchman's unbeaten run in the company.
