The middleweight title fight (up to 83,9kg) is confirmed. In the early hours of this Friday (8), Israel adesanya e Sean Strickland won the challenge against the scales at the official weigh-in UFC 293 and guaranteed their presence at the event this Saturday (9), at the Qudos Bank Arena, in Sydney, Australia.

Back to middleweight throne after knockout Alex Poatán in April, Israel adesanya he was below the category limit for the first title defense of his second reign, weighing 83,8kg. On the other side, the challenger Sean Strickland it weighed exactly 83,9kg.
