In an electrifying fight, the Angolan Manel kape the Brazilian beat Lip Detona by unanimous decision of the judges in the UFC 293, held in Sydney, Australia, this Saturday (9/9). The fight was valid for flyweight (up to 56,7kg) and marked the Brazilian's debut in the organization.

Despite showing a lot of determination and heart, the Brazilian was unable to overcome the power and precision of Kape's strikes, who achieved his fourth consecutive victory in the UFC.
Manel now has a record of 19 positive results and six negative results. Detona, in turn, suffered the first defeat of his career and has a record of 7 triumphs and one setback.

The fight was a true striking show, with the two athletes alternating in moments of advantage and disadvantage. In the first round, Detona started putting pressure on Kape, but ended up being knocked down by a frontal blow. The Brazilian recovered and landed a knee that shook the Angolan.

In the third and final round, the two fighters went to war, exchanging violent blows that brought the audience to their feet. Kape got the better of most of the exchanges and even managed a takedown at the end, guaranteeing victory in the judges' decision.
Alexander Volkov submits Tai Tuivasa with rare Ezequiel
Alexander Volkov showed all his versatility and won Tai tuivasa by submission in the second round of UFC 293. The fight was for heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) and had a surprising outcome, with Volkov applying a rare Ezequiel choke, which is executed from inside the opponent's guard.
The fight started with Volkov using his larger wingspan to keep his distance and land kicks to Tuivasa's head, who was trying to shorten and connect with his powerful punches. The Australian landed a good blow that made Volkov retreat, but he was unable to capitalize.
In the second round, Volkov managed a takedown and got on top of Tuivasa, in addition to surprising the Australian by locking Ezequiel. The finish forced the Australian to withdraw.

Justin Tafa shows power and precision in knocking out Austen Lane at UFC 293
O UFC 293 also had a heavyweight clash (up to 120,2kg.) between justin tafa e austen lane, which ended with a brutal knockout in the first round.
Tafa showed off his power and precision by hitting Lane with a series of devastating blows that left him unconscious in the Octagon. The fight started better for the Australian, who attacked his rival with a combination that knocked the North American down.
Justin took advantage of the opening and threw another right that knocked Austen down. A coup de grace sealed the victory for the host by knockout at 2m23sec of the first round.
