The time has come for SUPER FIGHTS predictions. This week, our team pointed out their favorites for UFC 297, which moves MMA this Saturday (20). The show features two title fights, with Sean Strickland e Mayra Sheetara part of the protagonists in the main confrontations.
In the last fight of the event, Strickland steps into the octagon for the first time as middleweight champion (under 83,9kg). The North American seeks to defend the throne in the face of Dricus Du Plessis.
The co-main fight marks the meeting between Mayra Sheetara e Rachel Pennington. The fighters measure strength in a challenge that defines the successor of Amanda nunes at the top of female roosters (up to 61,2kg.).
Famous for his frequency in the octagon, Neil Magny fights his first fight in 2024. Number 13 in the welterweight division (up to 77,1kg), the North American faces Mike Malott.
Number 14 of the midfielders, Chris Curtis there is a decisive clash. The veteran tries to defend his prominent position in the top 15 and faces the ‘home’ athlete, Marc-Andre Barriault, who is on the rise in the group.
The featherweight division (up to 65,7kg) will feature an important clash. Fourth in the group, arnold allen faces Movsar Evloev, ninth in the category. The winner moves closer to fighting for the title.

Palpites SUPER FIGHTS scoring system
The guesses will be made by the team at SUPER FIGHTS. At the end of the 2023 season, whoever obtains the most points will be the team's 'best bettor'.
The scoring system will be simple. Whoever gets the winner right gets a point. Whoever 'guarantees the way in which the outcome happens, earns three points and, if the bettor 'predicts' the positive result exactly (example: knockout in R1, submission in R3, decision by points), the guesser is awarded with five points.
