Last Saturday (09), Ultimate announced the official fight order for UFC 300 and former lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg) Charles do Bronx will experience a situation he was no longer used to. In the historic event scheduled for April 13th, the Brazilian idol will not be part of the main or co-main fight of a card for the first time since November 2019.

The last time Do Bronx was not part of the main or co-main event of an event was on November 16, 2019. In the ninth edition of the UFC Sao Paulo, held at the Ibirapuera gym, 'Charlinho' was part of the main card, but in the third fight in order of importance. The Chute Boxe athlete excited the public by knocking out the North American Jared gordon  still in the first round.

Since then, Do Bronx has achieved a meteoric rise within the organization and has had seven more appearances in the Ultimate Octagon, four in the main fight and three in the co-main fight. Since then, the Brazilian has won Kevin Lee, Tony Ferguson, Michael chandler, Dustin poirier, Justin gaethje e Beneil Dariush, being defeated only by Islam makhachev, in October 2022.

Responsible for opening the main card of the UFC 300, Do Bronx will measure forces against the prospect Arman Tsarukyan. The winner of the clash should be confirmed as the next challenger for the lightweight belt.
