Natália Silva mourns her sister's death on her social networks: 'Addiction stole her joy'

Highlight of UFC flyweight (up to 56,7kg), Natalia Silva suffered a great personal loss in recent days. On her social networks, the Brazilian fighter lamented the death of her sister and, even without stating the reason, she said she was sad for losing a loved one 'to addiction'.

“Addiction stole your joy, your dreams, erased your smile, took your care of yourself, bad company took you far away. It hurts so much, a piece of me is gone with you. The memory I will keep will be the day you shyly smiled at me and the times you told me, 'I love you too'. What comforts our hearts the most is knowing that God loved you so much, that He gave you the opportunity to repent, to reunite with Him. The most important miracle was what God did in his life. I know that the sacrifice Jesus made for us reached his life. My faith makes me believe that Jesus healed your soul and took you to Him. Salvation reached your life. I love you forever my sister”, wrote Natália on her Instagram.

Number eight in the flyweight rankings, the Brazilian athlete is 27 years old and has an MMA record of 17 triumphs, five setbacks and just one draw.
