UFC Legend, Ronda Rousey vented about the historic defeat suffered by Holly holm in 2015. In a chat with fans, the former fighter evaluated the stumble that led to the loss of the bantamweight belt (up to 61,2kg) and the end of her unbeaten record in professional MMA. The athlete explained the devastation caused by the setback.
“I cared about the title more than anyone else. It hurt me more than anyone else in a loss. That’s why I’ve remained champion for so long,” said Rousey.

One of those largely responsible for the spread of women's MMA, Ronda led the bantamweight division between 2013 and 2015. As champion, the North American accumulated five title defenses.
About a year after her setback against Holm, Rousey returned to the Octagon to face the then-champion Amanda nunes. The athlete, however, was unsuccessful and suffered a heavy knockout defeat.
