O UFC 302 takes place this Saturday (1st), in Newark, in the United States. This weekend, the company prepared a mega event for enthusiasts of MMA which will feature, in the main fight, the fight for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg.) between the current champion, Islam makhachev, and the challenger in probable farewell, Dustin poirier.
In addition to the title clash, in the co-main fight, the Brazilian Paulo borrachinha tries to get closer to the top of the middleweight division (up to 83,9kg.) against the former champion Sean Strickland. Before sharing the octagon, however, the athletes will perform the traditional facing ceremony this Friday (31).

Starting at 18pm (Brasília time), all 24 athletes scheduled to perform on the card will step onto the scales and do the famous ceremonial weigh-in accompanied by a face-off before exchanging forces on Saturday.
In addition to the title fight and the presentation of Paulo borrachinha, four more Brazilians will perform at the event in the United States. Elizeu Capoeira will face Randy Brown; Cesar Almeida exchange strength with Roman Kopylov. Already Jailton Malhadinho comes face to face with Alexander Romanov. In the first fight of the night, André Mascote has a second fight against Mitch Raposo.
