Alex Poatan reacts to Jamahal Hill's outburst after his stance was criticized by a UFC 300 victim

Alex Poatan didn't stay silent after being criticized by Jamahal Hill . Criticized by the American for his behavior after his victory at UFC 300 , the light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) was simple and direct in his response to his latest victim. In the post, the former leader of the group revealed that he felt disrespected by the Brazilian star's attitudes and provocations.

"You reap what you sow. Call!”, wrote Poatan, in the post made by Hill, on Instagram.

Throughout his account, Jamahal demanded respect from Alex. The American recalled his victory over Glover Teixeira in 2023, in which he made a point of highlighting the Brazilian's achievements.

Approaching UFC 300 , however, Hill adopted a different stance. The athlete didn't hold back on the provocations and fueled Poatan's ambition for victory.

In the fight, the American managed to show little. Back in the Octagon after more than a year of inactivity, the fighter was yet another victim of the famous left cross, and collapsed after a precise attack from the Brazilian.

With the victory, Poatan added his first UFC belt defense. The athlete has been leading the light heavyweight division since the end of last season.

Choking on the defeat, Hill vowed to seek revenge against the Brazilian at all costs. The former champion returns to competition at UFC 303 , when he faces Carlos Ulberg.
