The time has come for SUPER FIGHTS predictions. This week, our team points out their favorites for UFC Las Vegas 93, which takes place this Saturday (15). Headed by Alex Perez e Tatsuro Taira, the event presents a confrontation that could define the next challenger of Alexandre pantoja to the flyweight belt (up to 56,7kg.).

With experience fighting for the title, Perez embarks on a new run towards becoming division champion. To do this, the veteran needs to take away Taira's unbeaten record and stop the rise of the Japanese promise.

In the co-main fight, Douglas D' Silva tries to prove that, at 38 years old, he is still capable of competing at a high level. Coming off the victory, the bantamweight (up to 61,2kg) faces Miles Johns.

Also in the second half of the event, Lucas Almeida wants to add his first victory in the UFC. The Brazilian is also looking to end a series of two stumbles against Timmy Cuamba.

Representative of Chute Boxe, Melquizael Costa is back. With an eye on stability, the Brazilian faces Shayilan Nuerdanbieke.

Palpites SUPER FIGHTS scoring system

The guesses will be made by the team at SUPER FIGHTS. At the end of the 2023 season, whoever obtains the most points will be the team's 'best bettor'.

The scoring system will be simple. Whoever gets the winner right gets a point. Whoever 'guarantees the way in which the outcome happens, earns three points and, if the bettor 'predicts' the positive result exactly (example: knockout in R1, submission in R3, decision by points), the guesser is awarded with five points.
