Even though the rivalry is far from over, Jamahal hill let his guard down and praised the performance of Alex Poatán No. UFC 303. On his YouTube channel, 'Sweet Dreams' praised the victory of the light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) over Jiri Prochazka last Saturday (29) and said that the Brazilian is becoming 'a better fighter'.

“Great main fight, absolutely dominant performance from Alex, from start to finish. I believe it's, honestly, the first fight I've seen where Alex came and won from the beginning until he got the interruption. He didn't need to turn things around, he had adversity, Jiri still presented his challenges, but he adapted and made good adjustments. The adjustment I saw Alex make was with the hook. This time, in this fight specifically, we see him implement the hook in a more defensive way and in a counterattacking stance. Those were beautiful adjustments, man. He looked evolved, he looked like he was taking more steps and becoming a better fighter,” said Hill.
Jamahal hill would also work on UFC 303, however, suffered an injury and had to be removed from the card. In the main fight of the event held in Las Vegas (USA), Alex Poatán knocked out Jiri Prochazka in the second round and defended the light heavyweight belt for the second time.
