The long wait for the duel between Jon Jones e Stipe Miocic has caused enormous repercussions in the MMA community. “They are two legends. They both deserve to fight each other. Both deserve this great fight. We will all watch if that happens. All the haters, all the annoying people, they all go f*ck off watching. We'll all want to watch. This is what everyone should fight against. This is the right fight to make. It happened to be taking a lot longer than it should have. It should have happened a year ago, but here we are,” Brown said.

Recovering from two recent surgeries, Jon Jones has already returned to training and should soon see his confrontation made official against Stipe Miocic, who hasn't stepped into the Octagon since March 2021, when he was defeated by Francis Ngannou. The expected meeting should take place next November, at the Ultimate event that takes place annually at Madison Square Garden, in New York.
