The historic struggle between Urijah faber e José Aldo may get a new chapter. UFC for a rematch, but this time in the boxing ring.

“Mendes and I fought Aldo and it was our toughest fight, so I would prefer not to lose to Aldo at this point in my life (laughs). I would have a boxing match against him. I think they offered me something a little while ago, before he re-signed with the UFC, but it wasn't the kind of interesting offer. I talked to Aldo before about boxing without gloves, but he had no desire to do that. I would have a boxing match with Aldo. I wouldn't want to do a kickboxing fight with him. I learned my lesson. Google, 'Perna de Urijah faber'”, declared the veteran in an interview with 'MMA Fighting'.

However, the rematch faces obstacles. Aldo, who recently renewed his contract with the UFC, is focused on his MMA career. Furthermore, the Brazilian had already shown little interest in bare-knuckle boxing matches, one of the types suggested by Urijah.
