After a week off, Ultimate reopens the doors of 'Apex', its headquarters, for the UFC Las Vegas 97, an event starring an important duel in the welterweight division (up to 77,1 kg). Former title challenger and under pressure after two consecutive defeats, Gilbert Durinho defends the sixth position in the ranking against the packed Sean brady.
In the co-main event, the Brazilians Jessica Stacker e Natalia Silva face each other in a generational duel in the flyweight division (up to 56,7 kg).

In addition to the three names involved in the two main fights, the event has four more Brazilians scheduled for the preliminary card: Lip Detona and André Mascote face each other in the flyweight division, while the featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) Gabriel Mosquitinho and straw weight (up to 52,1 kg) Jacqueline Amorim face, respectively, Zha Yi and Vanessa Demopoulos.

Scheduled to start at 17pm (Brasília time), the UFC Las Vegas 97 will be broadcast in full on UFC Fight Pass, Ultimate's official streaming platform. The main card is scheduled to start at 20pm.
