In a post on X (formerly Twitter), McGregor expressed his opinions regarding the legislative power of his country, hypothetically explaining what he would do as president of the nation.
“As president, I would have the power to convene the Dáil (Irish parliament) as well as dissolve it. So I would like to have all the answers that the people of Ireland are looking for from these thieves of the working class, these disruptors of the family unit, these destroyers of small businesses, and so on!” the fighter said.
