In an interview with the American website 'MMA Junkie', Rosas Jr. spoke openly about his desire to face a ranked opponent in his next fight. He recently stated that he will become the youngest champion of the organization's history.
“Personally, I know I’m ready. But even if I’m not ready, I’m going to find a way to be ready for this opponent. If I’m ready, which I think I am, I can still be ready even more, so I can do more than just win, but actually finish and impress everyone. The most important thing is for the UFC to keep giving me fights towards the belt. That’s why I asked for someone who’s ranked. Anyway, if I can’t get someone ranked, I want someone who’s going to give me an opponent who’s ranked,” said the fighter.
