PFL releases full card for super event with Francis Ngannou and Renan Problema in the main fight

PFL's main bet for 2024, the event named 'Battle of Giants' had its card defined and released by the organization this Thursday (26). With Francis Ngannou e Renan Problem In the main fight, the event that takes place on October 19, in Saudi Arabia, will feature ten fights, including three belt disputes.

Former UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg), Francis Ngannou debut in the PFL in his return to MMA after almost two years in which he was involved in a contractual dispute with the former organization and ventured into professional boxing with losses to former world champions Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.

Ngannou's opponent on October 19 will be the Brazilian Renan Problem. Champion of the PFL tournament in 2023, the Goiás native secured the opportunity to face the Cameroonian by knocking out the Bellator champion Ryan bader at an event held in February of this year.

The event's co-main event features a highly anticipated duel between two of the top representatives of Brazilian women's MMA. Legend of the sport and current Bellator champion, Chris Cyborg measures forces against Larissa pacheco, current two-time PFL champion.

The third title fight on the card takes place at middleweight (up to 83,9 kg). Bellator champion, the undefeated Johnny Eblen grants a rematch to the British Fabian Edwards, brother of the former welterweight champion (up to 77,1 kg) Leon edwards.
