Dana White is about to take another bold step in his career. After years at the helm of the largest MMA organization in the world, the president of UFC now he sets his sights on boxing. And who could be his main ally in this new endeavor? The organization's light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg), Alex Poatán.
In an interview with journalist 'Kevin Iole', Poatan showed great enthusiasm about the possibility of working with Dana in boxing. The Brazilian, who already has experience in kickboxing, believes that his partnership with the director can open doors to great opportunities.

“I certainly haven’t had a conversation with Dana White about boxing and things like that, but I feel like This partnership with Dana White will start with me. “Absolutely (it interests me). I think I have very good boxing skills. Not just boxing for MMA or kickboxing, but really for boxing,” said the fighter.

One of the biggest names in the UFC today, Alex Poatán has already declared that he may migrate to the noble art for future events and has even been challenged by Jake Paul for a fight in the modality. He, however, has a fight scheduled with Khalil rountree next Saturday (5), by UFC 307, in his third belt defense in the organization.
