The time has come! Salt Lake City is getting ready to host one of the biggest events of the year. With two title fights and Alex Poatán x Khalil rountree in the main fight, the card of UFC 307 this Saturday (5) features fights that promise to go down in the history of the sport.
In the co-main fight, Rachel Pennington puts her bantamweight belt (up to 61,2 kg) on the line for the first time against the former champion and executioner of Amanda nunes, Julianna Pena.

A star of the organization, Poatan wants another knockout for his arsenal. The São Paulo native, who is flirting with returning to the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg) and going to the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg), is fighting for the second time in Salt Lake City and is coming off a victory over Jiri Prochazka, at UFC 303.
Known for his strength and knockout power, the American arrives on the back of a winning streak and promises to offer great resistance to the champion. He overcame Anthony Smith in his last performance in the octagon.
Raquel Pennington vs. Julianna Peña for the bantamweight belt
The women's bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg) will also have a big spotlight on the event. The champion Rachel Pennington defends her title for the first time against the challenger Julianna Pena.
The two fighters have been constantly provocative in the past and the rivalry between them promises to intensify even more. Pennington won the title by beating Mayra Sheetara at the points, while Peña, former executioner of Amanda nunes, has not fought since July 2022.
