About to return to MMA after almost three years in his PFL debut, Francis Ngannou is not oblivious to what happens on the UFC heavyweight throne (up to 120,2 kg), which belonged to him in the past. On the eve of the title fight between Jon Jones e Stipe Miocic, the 'Predator' says he believes in a more balanced duel than most people expect.
In a recent interview with the 'Ariel Helwani Show', Ngannou, who has faced Miocic twice, with one win and one loss, admitted that he is 'slightly leaning' towards Miocic's victory. Jon Jones due to the former champion's long period of inactivity, but he did not rule out a surprise from the Croatian descendant.

“Stipe hasn’t fought in three years, since our last fight. I don’t know how he’s doing, I don’t know how he’s going to look. I know he always looks good, but it’s been a while and he’s not getting any younger. All these issues make me lean slightly toward Jon Jones, although I think the fight is 50/50. Stipe is a very committed guy when he shows up. He always shows up looking good. If he shows up in top shape, he can surprise you, right? I won't be surprised if he wins,” revealed the Cameroonian.
Jon Jones e Stipe Miocic face off for the UFC heavyweight belt in the main event of UFC 309 in a duel that could mark the farewell of both from professional MMA. Already Francis Ngannou debuts in the PFL decagon this Saturday (19), when he faces the Brazilian Renan Problem, champion of the organization, in a belt dispute in the main fight of PFL Super Fights: Battle of Giants.
