Shara Magomedov already has his next UFC commitment scheduled. According to the Russian fighter's coach, the 'UFC Pirate' is expected to enter the octagon on February 1, 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. However, the opponent has not yet been defined.

“We have already started preparing for February 1st. We don’t know who the opponent will be, but the date is set. It will be February 1st in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia…”, the coach said in an interview with the YouTube channel Udar TV.

Although the opponent has not yet been chosen, Shara already has a preferred target: the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg.) Israel adesanya. According to the UFC Pirate, the only way for the Nigerian, who is a former rival of Alex Poatán, avoid it is retiring. 

Shara Magomedov stole the show with a spectacular knockout of UFC 308, last saturday (26). In front of Armen petrosyan, the Russian demonstrated his technical and physical superiority, finishing the fight with a sequence of spinning elbows that left the audience speechless. With the victory, Shara remains undefeated in his career, with a record of 15 wins and no losses.
