To date, no fighter can boast alone of being the athlete with the most appearances in UFC Las Vegas. That's because three names share the record for most fights in the series of events: flyweight (up to 56,7 kg) cody durden, light weight (up to 70,3 kg) King Green and middleweight (up to 83,9 kg). The trio has been present in nine of the 99 cards held so far and none of the three are scheduled for the UFC Las Vegas 100.
When it comes to protagonism, however, another name stands out from the rest. Over the past four and a half years, no one has had more main event fights than UFC Las Vegas than Sean Strickland, former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg), who starred in five cards. Before even winning the belt, the American starred in editions numbers 33, 47, 66, 67 and 76.
'Mr. UFC Vegas' Strickland also has a record for victories; veteran lost the most
the protagonism of Sean Strickland in relation to the events in 'Apex' it's not just about the fact that he led five cards. The American is also the one who won the most at the venue. In eight fights, there were seven victories for the former champion, who beat Jack Marshman, Brendan allen, Krsyztof Jotko, Uriah Hall, Jack hermansson, Nassourdine Imavov e Abus Magomedov and lost only to Jared Cannonier on stage. 'Tarzan' is closely followed by the welterweight (up to 77,1 kg) Daniel Rodriguez, which adds up to six positive results in UFC Las Vegas.
Records are not necessarily positive. If someone is the biggest winner, someone must also be the biggest loser. That someone goes by the name of Angela Hill. The veteran strawweight (up to 52,1 kg) did not do well at Apex and has five losses in seven appearances at the Ultimate headquarters.
