In a video published by British TNT Sports, Jon Jones appears arriving to give an interview and giving up soon after realizing that the interviewer would be Adam Catterall, who presents the program 'Fight Lab' alongside Aspinall on the English channel.

“Hey, I’m not doing this interview. I think it’s going to be a festival of Tom aspinall. I won't do it,” declared the heavyweight champion.

In sequence, Jon Jones addresses Catterall and justifies the withdrawal, pointing out the closeness between the journalist and Tom aspinall as motive.

“Hey, brother. Nothing personal. I know how close you guys are and common sense tells me what kind of questions I’m going to have to answer,” he explained.

After all, Jon Jones ended up agreeing to give the interview to 'TNT Sports' after the broadcaster replaced Adam Catterall with Nick Peet in the role of interviewer.
