Jake Paul taunts and Mike Tyson spares words in the last press conference before the historic fight

On the night of last Wednesday (13), the international star Jake Paul and the legendary Mike Tyson, shared expectations at the last press conference before the historic fight between the two, which takes place this Friday (15), at AT&T Stadium, in Arlington, Texas, in the United States.

All main card fighters participated in the press conference, including the super lightweight world champion, Katie taylor (23-1, 6 KOs), and the unified featherweight champion, Amanda serrano (47-2-1, 31 KOs), who will contest the most anticipated rematch in women's boxing history. Other fighters featured were Mario BarriosAbel RamosNeeraj Goyat e Whindersson Nunes.

The press conference, hosted by combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani, featured statements from the fighters about their expectations for the fights.

More provocative, Jake Paul denied being afraid to face Mike Tyson and asked his rival to bring his most 'wild' version to the ring to avoid excuses at the end of the fight.

“I fear no man. I want him to be that old-school Wild Mike. He says he’s going to kill me. I’m ready. I want that killer. I want the toughest fight possible on Friday night, and I want there to be no excuses from anyone at home when I knock him out,” he said.

Additionally, we bring Jake Paul guaranteed that the fight will not go to the judges' decision and will end with one of the two unconscious in the ring.

“No, someone is going to sleep. It’s going to be a war and we’re both strong. It won’t last 16 minutes,” he assured.

Mike Tyson, in turn, was much more economical with his words and did not seem to be too concerned with the provocations of Jake Paul. At 58 years old, the boxing legend assured that he is ready to fight and that everything else will be resolved inside the ring.

“I’m ready to fight. I’ve said everything I had to say. There’s nothing more to say. I’m just looking forward to fighting,” he said.
