the plot of Mike Tyson e Jake Paul is far from over. The fight is historic because of everything that revolves around the meeting held on November 15th of last year, in Texas (USA). One of the highlights was the impressive purse of US$ 20 million (around R$ 121 million, at the current exchange rate) paid to 'Iron Mike'. And more than half of that money was recently invested in a new house in Florida.

According to real estate agent Joseph Jonathan Schneider, the legend spent $13 million (about R$78 million and 650 thousand, at the current exchange rate) on the extremely wealthy neighborhood of Tierra del Rey Estates. The information was first reported by the website 'The Palm Beach Post' after broker Matthew Maschler addressed the issue on his podcast.

“Basically, the appeal is for his daughter who plays tennis. She plays in Delray. So he wants to be able to fly out, go see his daughter play tennis, get back on his plane and fly back to wherever he came from. Amazing, amazing that you can do that in Delray, just north of Boca Raton,” Maschler said.

According to the portal 'MMA Mania', the land is almost 11 square miles, includes a lake and a 3,7 square mile mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. This is quite an upgrade for Mike. The boxer currently lives in a $2,5 million mansion (about R$15 million, at the current exchange rate) on the outskirts of Las Vegas.
