On a four-fight winning streak in the UFC, all by knockout, Carlos Prates may have the opportunity to enter the Top 10 of the welterweight category in the next round. In an interview with the website 'Middle Easy', Geoff neal, which comes from triumph against Rafael dos Anjos and currently occupies the tenth position in the ranking, expressed interest in facing Gilbert Durinho, but made it clear that he would not turn down a duel with the Fighting Nerds star.

“(Prates) doesn’t interest me just because I want to fight higher in the rankings. But the way things are and the way the division is, the only person who would make sense to fight ahead of me in the rankings is probably Gilbert (Burns),” said the American.

“I don’t see anyone wanting to fight me anymore or they’re like, ‘I just won my last fight,’ and my last fight was against someone who’s not even ranked in our division (Rafael dos Anjos). So it's difficult. Gilbert is the ideal fight I want to do, but if things go wrong, I'll fight Carlos too. April, I want to fight any of these guys,” concluded the fighter, who at 34 years old, has 12 triumphs in the fast lane.
