This Saturday (1), Mayra Sheetara made history as the first woman to step into the UFC octagon in Saudi Arabia. The ending of the story, however, was not happy. Former bantamweight title challenger (up to 61,2 kg), the Brazilian returned to flyweight (up to 56,7 kg) and was dominated by the Canadian Jasmine Jasudavicius and losing the fight by unanimous decision of the judges (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
No response to the rival's good level in grappling, Mayra Sheetara finds himself in a complicated situation after suffering his third consecutive defeat in the UFC octagon.
On the other hand, Jasudavicius defends 11th place in the division ranking and celebrates his fourth consecutive victory in the organization.

Needing to make up for lost time, Mayra went on the attack at the beginning of the third round, moving forward and landing hard blows. With great movement, Jasmine Jasudavicius controlled the distance until she found an opening to get closer and easily take the Brazilian to the ground once more. Dominant, the Canadian moved to the mount. Sheetara did what she could to defend herself, but remained on the bottom for the rest of the fight, until the last bell rang.

For the lightweight category (up to 70,3 kg), terrance mckinney took just two minutes to settle Damir Hadzović. The fight began with the American strong in the standing fight. The Danish fighter tried to take the fight to the ground, but it was a big mistake. Soon, McKinney managed to sweep and got on top to start a 'meteor shower' on his opponent's head.
