The duel was valid for the heavyweight category (120,2 kg). The Brazilian's good performance earned him the Performance of the Night bonus and the right to celebrate inspired by his defeated opponent. An unusual way to celebrate, to say the least.

In a video posted on his official Instagram account, the fighter from Bahia simply poured a long neck of beer into his sneakers to… drink. After consuming the drink in one go straight from the abnormal 'container', he shouted 'call the guys out' (see video below).
