Do as I say, not as I do. It is inspired by this maxim that Stipe Miocic, last victim of Jon Jones in the UFC octagon, has advice to give to Tom aspinall, interim champion and likely next opponent for 'Bones'.

In a recent interview with YouTuber 'The Schmo', the heavyweight legend, who announced his retirement from professional MMA after his loss to Jones, gave Aspinall some advice and stated that he believes in the interim champion's chances of dethroning the linear champion in an eventual duel, planned by the UFC to take place in 2025.

“Don’t do what I did (laughs). Tom aspinall He's super tough and hits hard, he moves well, he's a big guy. If he stays calm no matter what happens, I think he'll be fine. If he chooses his shots well and is smart with what he does, I think he'll do well," said the former champion.

Protagonists of the dream fight for the UFC in 2025, Jones and Aspinall still have no official agreement to face each other for the unification of the linear and interim heavyweight belts. Recently, Dana White expressed optimism about the matter.
