The Brazilian Ricardo Carcacinha succumbed to Chepe Mariscal and saw his opponent be more forceful to secure victory by unanimous decision (30-27). Despite the famous spinning elbow having been displayed in all three rounds, it did not feature in a fight by the São Paulo native this time.
