There is still no definition about a return of Conor McGregor to the octagon. While many still dream of the name announced once again by announcer Bruce Buffer, 'Notorious' flirts with ventures in new organizations, with the political and com legal problems. For the former champion Daniel Cormier, the latest images of the star in the UFC, so far, are not the best.

During the SCHEDULE which he shares with Ben Askren, 'Funky and the Champ', the UFC commentator revealed that he is one of those who are looking forward to seeing the Irishman play once again for the biggest MMA organization in the world. Mainly because the final images do not please him.
“For me, it’s kind of sad because of that: It’s like, when a guy comes in, and he’s so successful, and he’s so good, you hope that the last time you see him in the Octagon is him fighting – even if it’s him losing. You don't want the last memory to be him sitting in the octagon with a broken leg, yelling at his wife. Dustin poirier. It was the craziest sight I've ever seen," said 'DC'.
“It was almost like he was a rich guy who didn’t get what he wanted, and there was nothing he could do about it, and he was acting out because of it. That’s kind of a sad image to me after everything he’s become for the sport of mixed martial arts,” Cormier explained.
Conor McGregor has not fought since the fight in question, a 'tiebreaker' with Dustin poirier. The duel closed the trilogy of the two fighters. They headlined the card of UFC 264 and 'Notorious' was defeated after injuring his leg at the end of the first round.
