The next steps of Charles of the Bronx within the UFC remain undecided. The lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg) boasts big names in the 'top 10' and also has the arrival of the former featherweight champion (up to 65,7 kg), Ilia Topuria, which further confuses the category. But the confident speech of someone within the organization raises the alarm among fans. Bruce Buffer believes that the Brazilian will face Paddy Pimblett.

“Charles Oliveira is the guy he (Pimblett) will face, for sure. Oliveira is great on the ground and standing. Paddy has proven himself in both sectors. They both have long limbs. It will be a great fight if it happens,” said the famous announcer in interview à 'TMZ Sports'.
But Charles of the Bronx guarantees that he is not open to the duel. In an interview with 'Sherdog', the former division champion responded to a challenge recent made by English.
“Paddy is a tough kid. He showed how he is improving against Chandler. I understand his desire, but, as I said, my focus is on the belt.
