The suspicions were confirmed: Jon Jones will perform on 'Alf', the Russian reality show inspired by TUF. This Wednesday (8), videos and photos of the heavyweight champion (up to 120,2 kg) with the program's host, Marif Piraev, had repercussions on the networks. Today (9), a poster for the attraction was released with 'Bones' as the captain opposite another big name in the UFC: Nate diaz.

Meanwhile, Tom aspinall suffers from the long wait for the title unification fight. Interim champion of the division since November 2023, the British fighter now holds a bitter record of longevity with the belt, a mark that previously belonged to the Brazilian junior gypsy. Jones, who has expressed the need for six months to prepare when the fight is scheduled, appears likely to make the challenger wait a little longer.
More information about the show headlined by Jon Jones e Nate diaz on Russian soil have not been released. However, the international press is working with the idea of the reality show being recorded in the second half of this year.
Jones and Diaz are not the first UFC names to put themselves forward as coaches for the reality show inspired by – not to say a copy of – The Ultimate Fighter. The middleweight (up to 83,9 lbs.) Khamzat Shimaev and the former lightweight title challenger (up to 70,3kg.) Arman Tsarukyan have already been on the show. More recently, aljamain sterling was part of the cast.
