Owner of great knowledge about skills Jamahal hill e Khalil rountree, Alex Poatán did not sit on the fence when analyzing the confrontation between his victims in UFC Baku. When recalling the war that took place in his penultimate appearance, the Brazilian pointed out greater favoritism to the athlete who managed to last the longest time in the octagon against him.
“They are two great, experienced fighters. I fought both of them, so I can say something more precise. They are two dangerous guys, but I think that in the fight I had with Khalil, I see him as having the advantage against Jamahal, that is my opinion,” said Poatan in an interview with UFC Brazil.

Responsible for defeating both fighters by knockout, Poatan had more difficulty when he faced Khalil. On that occasion, the American managed to win the first three rounds, but ended up being knocked out in the penultimate round, after being unable to withstand increasing pressure from the then light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg).
Scaled to measure forces in the UFC Baku, Jamahal and Rountree face each other this Saturday (21) with an eye on a new chance to fight for the belt next. Currently, Hill is considered a slight underdog by bookmakers after accumulating two consecutive knockout losses in his career.
