Charles of the Bronx had no problems making the lightweight weight class with the pound tolerance on Friday morning (10) at the official UFC Rio weigh-in. Leão Embaçado was one of the first to step on the scale and a few minutes later, Mateusz gamrot recorded the same number without any scares and thus the main fight of the night was officially confirmed.

Former flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg) and currently ranked sixth in the bantamweight rankings (up to 61,2 kg), Deiveson Figueiredo also had no problems confirming the duel with Montel Jackson in the co-main event of the night. Likewise, the veteran Vincent Luque showed his already known professionalism by using the pound of tolerance and making weight for the fight against the Spaniard Joel alvarez, who confirmed the confrontation.

Last to weigh in, Saimon Oliveira was the only athlete on the entire card to fail to make weight. Scheduled to face his compatriot Luan Lacerda in the bantamweight category (up to 61,2 kg), the Santa Catarina native weighed 65,3 kg, very close to the limit for the division above.

Despite having the fight with Mohammed Usman canceled due to opponent's injury, Walter Walker he stepped on the scale to secure his participation purse and even without fighting, he ended up being the lightest heavyweight at the event.
