A video posted on 'UFC Español' social media showed the fighters' reaction at the moment they Mateusz gamrot he beat the withdrawal, consecrating the victory of Charles of the Bronx. In the images, athletes such as Caio Borralho e Alex Poatán demonstrate, each in their own way, happiness with the Brazilian's triumph. However, the fans noticed Paulo borrachinha having a reaction, at the very least curious, in the background (watch below).

With the victory over Mateusz gamrot at UFC Rio, Charles of the Bronx reached 36 career wins and extended his record as the greatest finisher in UFC history with 17 submission victories. Furthermore, the Brazilian also holds the record for most stoppages in the event's history, now totaling 21 quick wins.

Borrachinha and the controversies involving Charles do Bronx at UFC Rio

This is not the first time that Borrachinha's name has been linked to some controversy involving Charles of the Bronx at UFC Rio. After the injury of Raphael Fiziev, who was going to face Charles on the Rio de Janeiro card, the Minas Gerais native reacted with irony to the possibility of the former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) pulling out of the event and missing the card.

In response to a fan's post on 'X' (formerly Twitter), Borrachinha mocked the delay in Charles of the Bronx to accept Mateusz gamrot and even joked about the possibility of canceling the event.

In another comment, the Minas Gerais native also mocked the fans who made an effort to watch the fight in Rio de Janeiro and made an ironic appeal for the former champion to accept his new opponent.
