Joanderson changed position, attempting a rear-naked choke, but Thomson remained calm and defended until the end of the 20-second round.
Joanderson Brito continued to dominate Isaac Thomson in the third round. The Brazilian tried to land some punches on his opponent. Thomson struggled to defend, but Joanderson quickly changed his approach, cornering Isaac against the cage until he secured a takedown.
However, at 2 minutes and 40 seconds into the round, his opponent took control on the ground, attempting a rear-naked choke and then an armbar. Joanderson bravely escaped Thomson's grasp and cornered Isaac against the cage again.
Valiant Isaac Thomson didn't make life easy for the Brazilian, fighting to stay on his feet while Joanderson attempted another takedown. However, Isaac's courage wasn't enough this time. The Brazilian emerged victorious from the fight via unanimous decision.
