One of the most popular names in the UFC today and about to fight for the interim lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg), Paddy Pimblett is far from being a fan of Colby Covington 's attitudes and trash talk . The Englishman spoke publicly about his negative opinions regarding the welterweight (up to 77,1 kg) in a chat with footballer Jeremie Frimpong, in a video published on his YouTube channel this Sunday (14).

Historically difficult to negotiate with, Covington did not compete in 2025. His last appearance was in December 2024, when he was defeated by Joaquin Buckley . In recent history, he has only two wins in his last five fights. Among the opponents he has defeated, only Rafael dos Anjos is still fighting in the UFC.
