Alex Poatán He may be about to secure his next UFC fight. After regaining the light heavyweight title (up to 93 kg), the Pataxó fighter made it clear that he wants to move up to the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg) in pursuit of an unprecedented third title in the organization. It seems the champion is already preparing for what's to come.
In a post on his Instagram stories, Poatan, who is traveling through Brazil, shared an image of a video call with his main coach. Glover TeixeiraIn the video, the champion is seen displaying his mouthguard and reinforcing his confidence for the next challenge, stating that he is ready to be called upon by the UFC.

Recently Alex Poatán He publicly ruled out competing at UFC White House, scheduled for June, a decision that intensified rumors that he could be the main attraction at UFC 327, scheduled for April 11 in Miami.
To date, however, Poatan still does not have a confirmed opponent for that date. Among fans, three scenarios appear to be the most discussed: a super fight against Jon Jones in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg); a duel against Cyryl Gane competing for the interim title in the category, given the uncertainty surrounding the return of Tom aspinall; or a title defense in the light heavyweight division against Carlos Ulberg ou Khamzat Shimaev, who has already made his clear desire to face the Brazilian.
