Alex Poatan gave some strong advice to his legion of fans. Currently, the UFC light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg) and former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg) is going through a reflective phase and, surprisingly, has started sharing messages about various areas of life.
In a video shared on his official Instagram account, the Pataxó man wrote "power to get out" in the caption, referring to a catchphrase used by Douglas Viegas. Known as "Mighty Ninja," the digital influencer often spreads reflective messages, usually in a lighthearted way.
It's not new for the renowned striker to share messages on social media with this very theme. Since announcing the end of his relationship with Tracy Cortez , Poatan has been posting thoughts about life.
