At UFC Vegas 113, Jailton Malhadinho lost to Rizvan Kuniev by unanimous decision.

Under pressure due to the heavy defeat suffered in October, Jailton Malhadinho suffered another setback at UFC Vegas 113. At the event held this Saturday (7), the Brazilian was no match for Rizvan Kuniev and definitively dropped out of the top 5 in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg). After 15 minutes of a rather unexciting fight, the fighter from Bahia lost by unanimous decision. To make matters worse, the athletes were booed during the duel.

With two consecutive losses, Malhadinho is experiencing the worst moment of his career and is being questioned by fans and MMA professionals. As a consequence of the new setback, the athlete is likely to lose his sixth place in the category ranking to his Russian nemesis, who is not part of the top 15.

Jailton MalhadinhoThe 34-year-old is part of the UFC's heavyweight elite. The Brazilian began his MMA career in 2012 and debuted in its largest organization in 2022. In his career, the Bahia native has built a record of 22 wins, 21 by stoppage (13 by submission and 8 by knockout), and five losses. His main victories were against Derrick Lewis, Jairzinho Rozenstruik e Serghei Spivac.

It was difficult, but Michal Oleksiejczuk continued his good run of form in his career against Marc-Andre BarriaultThe Polish fighter, who is part of the Fighting Nerds academy, faced difficulties in the octagon, but ultimately won by unanimous decision, securing his third consecutive victory. With this record, the athlete is nearing a place in the top 15 of the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg).

At the end of the 15-minute fight, the Pole emerged victorious, having dominated two of the three rounds.
