It's good that fans kept an eye on Tom Nolan . At UFC Vegas 118 , an event held this Saturday (6), the Australian continued his great moment in the biggest MMA organization in the world and surprised Fares Ziam . At the end of the 15 minutes of fighting, the athlete won by unanimous decision and, excited, challenged Renato Moicano.
Now, Nolan has five consecutive wins and has thus moved up a level in the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg). So much so that the Australian, who was not ranked, will take over the Frenchman's 14th place in the rankings of the competitive category. Upon reaching the top 15, the athlete, who was previously considered a possible opponent for the veteran Brazilian, took advantage of the spotlight to reinforce his interest in the duel.
