One of the biggest prospects in the Ultimate Fighting Championship today, Bo Nickal put on a show and beat Kyle Daukaus with a beautiful knockout during the second fight of UFC Casa Branca on Sunday night (14), in a duel valid for the middleweight category (up to 83,9 kg). With the result, the prospect reached his second consecutive victory in the organization, since he had knocked out Rodolfo Vieira in November last year.

The fight began at a measured pace. Daukaus was the first to dominate the center of the octagon, but was quickly taken down while trying to close the distance to land a straight punch. Inside his opponent's guard, Nickal remained patient and avoided exposing himself to his opponent's submission attempts. With strong elbows, he succeeded in opening a small cut on Daukaus's left eyebrow, who remained determined to control the wrestler.
Nickal landed more attacks a few seconds later, but it wasn't enough to avoid referee Jason Herzog ordering both fighters to stand. On his feet, Nickal also found success by moving laterally and connecting with good jabs. It was at this moment that he landed a powerful combination of crosses, taking Daukaus to the ground and forcing Herzog to stop the fight when the clock showed four minutes and 34 seconds of the first round.
In an interview with Joe Rogan inside the octagon, the fighter expressed his gratitude to President Donald Trump for the initiative in holding the event, and made it clear that he possesses striking skills, despite having a background in combat sports built in wrestling.
