The popular Ilia Topuria suffered his first defeat in MMA in the worst possible way and has already begun to suffer the consequences of his actions. In the main event of UFC Casa Branca , a historic event held last Sunday (14), in Washington (USA), the Georgian was surprised by Justin Gaethje , ended up being punished in the octagon and lost the lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg). As 'El Matador's' corner prevented him from returning to the fight, his biggest rivals took advantage of the moment and went on the attack.

When he was at his peak, Topuria constantly argued with Arman Tsarukyan , Islam Makhachev , and Paddy Pimblett , stating outright that they were all afraid of him and that he would easily defeat the trio. However, the Georgian, even though he was heavily favored by bookmakers to beat the veteran, fell short and left the fight disfigured. Therefore, after hearing so much from the now former lightweight champion, the UFC stars, through the 'X' (referring to a specific media outlet), decided to punish him even further outside the octagon, humiliating him and praising Gaethje.
