Anyone who thinks Alex Poatan 's anger is directed only at fans, journalists, and YouTubers who criticize him is mistaken. After his last fight, held in June in Washington (USA), the Brazilian, brutally knocked out by Ciryl Gane in the second round, adopted a more combative stance than ever on social media. Recently, the veteran responded to Paulo Borrachinha and now, even Renato Moicano has been targeted.

In an interview with the channel 'Laerte Viana na Área', Poatan chose the popular fighter as his next target, largely due to his comments. It's worth remembering that, after the former UFC champion attacked YouTuber Carlos Figueira, Moicano disapproved of his attitude and even stated that he had 'gone crazy'.

Interestingly, the two have a good relationship. However, despite the 'joke', Poatan makes it clear that he closely observes the steps of the ever-vocal Moicano and suggests that the reason he isn't criticized as much is because he doesn't have as many achievements in his career.

"That guy with the Mohawk is talking a lot of bullshit too. That guy with the Mohawk is going to get there. He's going to get there. He's just stirring things up. That guy with the Mohawk is stirring things up like crazy. His moment will come. But hey, it's all good. Maybe not that, he doesn't say anything, does he? But like I said, let's talk numbers. Look at who I've fought, the titles I have, the records I have now."

"Why am I saying this? Because I'm a cocky guy, right? Moicano says I shouldn't respond to these people, shouldn't get pissed off, that I'm losing my mind and all that. It's not about losing my mind, you know? Maybe Moicano won't get pissed off, won't get upset, because maybe he thinks he hasn't built anything, you know? I don't know, you know?"

"I think I worked my ass off and I'm not going to listen to this bullshit, you know? Look at the records I have, who I fought, what I did to get here, and then the guy says, 'You don't know anything,' you know? It's the same thing if they talk to him, he puts it down on paper, sees what he's achieved, what he's done, and whether it's worth defending him or not."
