If last Saturday (26), Norma Dumont got the worst of it against rival Ailín Pérez in the UFC, this Tuesday (29), in the Contender Series, Aieza Bertolso evened the score between Brazil and Argentina. In the eighth episode of the tenth season of the program, held in Las Vegas (USA), the athlete imposed herself in the octagon and finished Camila Reynoso, 'Fiona's' friend, in the first round. Convinced of the talent of the Mato Grosso native, Dana White presented her with a contract with the UFC.

At the start of the fight, Reynoso landed two good punches on Bertolso, who reacted well. After landing a beautiful elbow strike while standing and taking her opponent down, the Brazilian displayed her skill on the ground. A jiu-jitsu specialist, she secured a chokehold on the Argentinian's neck and never let go.

Aieza's superiority was so great that she almost 'knocked out' Camila with a triangle choke, but Camila survived. However, in the next attempt, the Brazilian finished her with a guillotine choke.
