D. Dragon suffered a leg injury similar to that suffered by Anderson Silva
Titan FC 39, an event held this morning (11), in Coral Gables (USA) brought back bad memories for Brazilian fans. Featherweight Deivison Dragon challenged champion Andre Harrison for the division belt. But when fighting two very even rounds with the champion, the Brazilian suffered an injury similar to the fracture suffered by Anderson Silva, in the rematch against Chris Weidman, at UFC 168, in December 2013.

When delivering a low kick, Deivison's right leg found his rival's left shin and ended up breaking it. When trying to place his foot on the ground, the athlete quickly felt the injury and went to the ground, being promptly attended to by the referee (Watch the video of the injury below).
Brazilian victories
Despite the Deivison Dragon accident, the 39th edition of Titan FC was good for the Brazilians. Lightweight Gesias Cavalcante and welterweight Dhiego Lima they won the belts in their categories by beating Pat Healy and David Michaud. Carina Damm recovered from a series of two consecutive defeats and beat Sarah Alpar with a unanimous decision from the judges
